Return & Exchange Policy

Applicable for both Domestic (India) and International Orders

At Khumaar Luxe, every piece is handcrafted in limited quantities with utmost care. As a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit only under specific conditions.

Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit (Within 7 Days of Delivery):

• • The item received has a manufacturing defect (must be supported by clear photos/videos).
  • A wrong item or size was delivered (must be supported by a complete unboxing video).
  • You require a size exchange, and we have the same piece available in your requested size.

Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:

• • Custom-made or altered garments
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests due to dislike of fit, look, or style
  • Delays due to customs clearance or third-party logistics

Exchange Process:

To request an exchange or store credit, please email us at
support@khumaarluxe.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A full unboxing video (mandatory for wrong item/size claims)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Once approved, you will be offered:

• A size exchange (if available), or
• A store credit valid for 6 months

All requests are subject to inspection and approval. Khumaar Luxe reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Shipping, Handling & Returns:

• • For Domestic Orders (India): We will schedule a reverse pickup. Please ensure the garment is securely packed in its original condition.

• • For International Orders: Customers are required to ship the item back at their own expense. The item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Important Notes:

• • All return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Khumaar Luxe is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your tracking information until the return is confirmed received.

Store Credit Terms:

• • Issued as a unique code valid only on www.khumaarluxe.com
  • Valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash

Handcrafted Variation Notice:

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or embellishment are natural to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects. These details make every Khumaar Luxe piece truly unique.
